
Let sleeping dogs lie....it appears to be pretty simple for my new puppies to be able to sleep...that is on their top 5 list of things to do today...including other things like try not to pee on the carpet and evicerate this hedgehog and cover the floor with stuffing.
Watching the little angel-devils cuddle up, I realized sleeping more is probably a good thing. So, Mark and I have resolved to go to bed 40 minutes earlier each night. We're setting a time limit on television and heading to bed no later than 10pm each evening.
I'm pleased to report that the first night of 40 minutes more of sleep was a success. More sleep leads to more me time in the morning and I'm waking up feeling more prepared to tackle the day ahead.
WEEK ONE: thumbs up to 40 more minutes of sleep!
NEXT WEEK: 40 minutes at the gym 4 times a week. We'll see how that goes!
